Job Summary:

iLines is seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Account Manager with expertise in Odoo ERP solutions to join our remote team. This role involves managing client relationships, driving sales, and ensuring the successful implementation of Odoo for various businesses. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in B2B sales, ERP solutions, and account management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Odoo ERP sales.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Solution Selling: Understand client needs and provide tailored Odoo ERP solutions to enhance their business processes.
  • Pipeline & Forecasting: Manage sales pipelines and provide accurate forecasts to meet revenue targets.
  • Consultative Approach: Advise clients on Odoo functionalities and best practices.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams, implementation consultants, and marketing to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiation & Contracts: Handle contract negotiations and pricing discussions to close deals efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: 5+ years in sales or account management, with at least 3 years in Odoo ERP solutions.
  • Technical Understanding: Knowledge of Odoo modules, implementation processes, and integrations.
  • Strong Sales Acumen: Ability to drive B2B sales and manage high-value accounts.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently in a remote setting and meet targets.
  • CRM & Tools: Experience with Odoo CRM and other sales tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in SaaS, ERP, or software sales.
  • Background in IT consulting, digital transformation, or cloud solutions.
  • Familiarity with business processes in manufacturing, retail, or services industries.
